A Smarter, Faster, Stronger Adjustable Strap
The Fiber Reaper’s adjustable strap is designed to outperform!
Our favorite function is the fact that the reaper can hold the cable so tight, you are able to de-helix the buffer tubes with a simple pull on the end- saving so much time and headache! Also, when working on an existing FOSC, often the case tail has memory and wants to twist the case towards or away from you when you place it on your table. With the reaper, you can rotate the tail and strap it down, so the case always faces the way you want.
Reap 'em right, Reap 'em tight!
The reaper has been rigorously tested to stand up to the use and daily demand of a production splicer. It has also been thoroughly tested to ensure that even the tightest settings will not impede the light propagation through the cables while strapped down. The tests were completed by running fiber characterization tests over all fibers in a cable strapped down to the max. The thickness of the strap allows the pressure to be spread across the entire surface and never creating a pinch point that could violate the fibers maximum bend radius or modal dispersion properties.

Fighting with the obsolete fiber optic splicing clamps that come standard in trailers has been my biggest pet peeve. Always adjusting it, never holding the cables tight enough. Most splicers, myself included, get so frustrated with the standard fiber clamp, that we choose not to use it at all. Sometimes just zip-tying the cables to one side of the clamp, all while losing time and money, not to mention the frustration.

About Us
Fiber Reaper is the creation of Fiber Master Journeyman Jeremy Holm, who brings over 25 years of experience in the fiber optic industry. From designing and engineering to constructing, splicing, and installing fiber optics nationwide, Jeremy has done it all.
Based in Kalispell, Montana, Jeremy and his wife, Amber, personally manufacture and ship each Fiber Reaper, combining their passion for innovation with their Montana roots.
For over a decade, Jeremy has been determined to solve a long-standing problem in the industry: the inefficiency and frustration caused by traditional fiber clamps. These standard clamps often lead to cables and cases moving or twisting during prep and splicing, forcing splicers to rely on makeshift solutions—or simply endure the hassle. Drawing on his extensive field experience, Jeremy developed the Fiber Reaper, a versatile and durable fiber optic splicing clamp designed to securely fit any cable and handle the rigorous demands of production splicing.
